The Edible Journey, led by chef and health coach Ellen Lacroix, runs a Main Street shop in Port Stanley with whole-food shopping, a bakery, take-out, soups, meals and wellness shooters. Offerings are 100% vegan and gluten-free, alongside supplements, skin care and culinary healing classes.
